We are currently looking for people with organizational skills to fill several positions in the administrative support area.

Wondering what your tasks will look like?

They could vary depending on the position, but you might basically be asked to:

  • Make reservations
  • Greet and respond to clients
  • Follow-up on budgets
  • Handle your manager’s agenda
  • Pay invoices
  • Perform data entry
  • Attend meetings and write minutes
  • Do record keeping

Desired profile:

  • Successful completion of two years of secondary school
  • Fluent in French or bilingual (French and English)
  • Experience using the Internet, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook or other software with similar functions
  • Ability to provide customer service
  • Attention to detail
  • Written communication skills
  • Ability to manage your workload and priorities

Assets :

These skills are not essential but could serve to set you apart in recruiters’ eyes.

  • Be fluent in an Indigenous language
  • Have a high school diploma
  • Have completed a course in an administrative support field, such as office automation, secretarial, office administration, accounting, etc.
  • Have written minutes or other follow-up documents
  • Be able to make recommendations to facilitate decision-making
  • Have performed administrative support tasks

    • On October 6, 2021, the Government of Canada announced details of its plans to require vaccination across the federal public service.
    • As per the new Policy on COVID-19 Vaccination for the Core Public Administration Including the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, federal public servants in the Core Public Administration and members of the RCMP must attest to their vaccination status.
