 National VMS Registration Form

Fisheries and Oceans Canada advises fish harverters required to send a completed National VMS Registration form as per Schedule X(19) of their Conditions of License, that they must now send the completed form to the following email address: 

DFO.VMSRegistration-EnregistrementSSN.MPO@dfo-mpo.gc.ca

Please note that the facsimile number and regular mail option is currently not available. Any forms sent be these means will results in delayed processing.
