
New Regional Director, Fleet, at the Canadian Coast Guard
The Canadian Coast Guard, Central and Arctic Region, is pleased to announce the appointment of Jason Organ as Senior Regional Director, Fleet. Mr Organ succeeds Jean-François Thibault.
Mr Organ is a graduate of the Canadian Coast Guard College, where he completed a Bachelor of Technology degree in Nautical Science (Marine Engineering). He also holds a Master's degree in Marine Science Management from Maine Maritime Academy. He gained experience as a project engineer and chief engineer with first-class certification navigating aboard various types of vessels, including shuttle tankers. More recently, he managed government operations in Canada for Lloyd's Register Canada Limited.
For Jason Organ, this is a return to the Canadian Coast Guard, where he previously worked for 11 years. His extensive experience, knowledge of our organization, and leadership will be major assets that will serve him in his new duties.
