SUBJECT : Total Allowable Catches of the Areas 12C, 15, and 16A in 2026

Quebec – March 31, 2026

Fisheries and Oceans Canada - Quebec Region announces that the total allowable catches (TAC) for the 2026 season in areas 12C, 15 and 16A will be 282 tons,  582 tons, and 402 tons, respectively.

The approved Conservation Harvesting Plan will be published online at: Notices to Fish Harvesters.

The opening date for the 2026 snow crab fishing season in areas 12C, 15, and 16A will be confirmed in separate notices to fish harvesters and variation orders.
