Investments in fishing harbours in Quebec Fisheries and Oceans Canada will receive $6.3 million for necessary dredging, repair and maintenance projects at 33 key commercial fishing harbours across Quebec. When Canadian Coast Guard VesselsReturn From the Arctic Every year, Canadian Coast Guard vessels leave Québec City around mid-June and return only in September, October and November.
