Small fish at risk

Three new data sheets on freshwater fish at risk have been posted on the DFO website to raise awareness among shoreline inhabitants and anglers about the importance of protecting these species and their habitats. The Channel Darter,
Eastern Sand Darter
and the Bridle Shiner, which all live in Southern Quebec, need quality habitat and water. The data sheets serve to identify these small fish and suggest simple things you can do to foster their recovery.
